Burger King's Bacon Sundae Is Here

America's long culinary nightmare is over.

For years, we've only been able to find Bacon Ice Cream or Bacon Cupcakes at fancy over-priced specialty dessert shops or high-end restaurants. 

Thanks to Burger King, we now have easy access to that rich blend of sugary sweetness and pig meat we've craved for so long - and for a reasonable price at a nearby drive-thru. The new BK Bacon Sundae features creamy vanilla soft serve ice cream, fudge sauce, and caramel sauce, topped off with bits of crisp smoked pork. Yum?

 As you might guess, the Bacon Sundae is not exactly a nutritionally balanced snack. If you're watching your weight but still hungry after your Whopper, you might want to skip the Bacon Sundae dessert and just eat some additional items from the regular menu. You could eat 2 cheeseburgers, 10 chicken tenders, or a large order of onion rings, each of which comes in at fewer calories than the Bacon Sundae's impressive 510 calories.
