Director Brett Ratner impersonating a smug Hollywood asshole (or just posing as himself). |
Ratner has subsequently apologized for the verbal slip up, although in my mind he owes the world a bigger apology for his entire body of work.
Having directed mind-numbing box office tripe like Code Name: The Cleaner (4% on rottentomatoes.com), Rush Hour 3 (18% approval), and The Family Man (starring Nicholas Cage, 'nuf said), Mr. Ratner has robbed moveigoers of countless wasted hours and dollars. I won't hold my breath waiting for that apology.
