Sitting still is not what some of us may

have imagined spiritual practice to be.

We may think that it involves something 

more impressive. But those who do it,

those who are present at this moment,

know that this is it.

We are not here to have someone else's 

experience. We are here to have our own 

vivid experience. So please don't cling to 

yesterday, to what happened, to what did not

happen. And do not judge today by yesterday. 

Let us just live today to the fullest.
